Hello! My name is Lisa, and I’m thrilled to share my passion for yoga with you. My journey with yoga began 15 years ago, and it has been a transformative experience that has touched every aspect of my life. Yoga isn’t just about the poses; it’s about finding balance, peace, and connection within ourselves and the world around us.

My Yoga Journey

I discovered yoga during a time when I needed healing and a deeper sense of purpose. What started as a physical practice soon evolved into a journey of self-discovery and inner peace. Through the teachings of yoga, I found a way to calm my mind, strengthen my body, and uplift my spirit.

Over the years, I’ve explored various styles of yoga, from Vinyasa and Hatha to Yin and Restorative practices. Each style offers something unique, and I love incorporating elements from different traditions to create a well-rounded practice that suits all levels.

My Teaching Philosophy

As a yoga instructor, my goal is to create a welcoming and inclusive space where everyone feels comfortable and supported. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, my classes are designed to meet you where you are on your journey. I believe in the power of mindfulness, breath, and movement to foster physical health and mental clarity.

My approach is gentle and encouraging, focusing on alignment, breath awareness, and the mind-body connection. I encourage my students to listen to their bodies, respect their limits, and find joy in their practice.

When I’m not teaching or practicing yoga, you can find me hiking or snowmobiling in the mountains, reading a good book, or spending time with my family. These activities bring me joy and inspiration, and they often influence my approach to teaching.
